nd sometimes you can feel like you're back at square one. What worked yesterday, might not work today and that can cause self doubt. His birth was traumatic for both him and I, he required extra oxygen because he wasn’t breathing properly, tongue tie, jaundice, reflux, colic, and a terrible skin rash were some of the issues I had to navigate through in the early days. Then, as I transitioned back to work, I learned to balance teaching yoga and working my 9-5 while prioritising time for my family AND me. Now, as a mother of 2, I've had to adjust again sharing my energy and attention between two, feeling confident in my own skin again (after gaining 10kg through pregnancy) and starting a new business.
