Moving to Singapore felt extra special because this wasn’t a spontaneous move it’s something we’ve been working towards for almost 5 years. 🇸🇬✨

There was something so freeing about cleaning everything out, letting go of so much stuff and arriving with basically just bags of clothes ready to start fresh.

And I love what moving countries teaches our kids too resilience, adaptability, curiosity and the chance to experience different cultures and ways of life firsthand.

Dylan and I are now on international move #5 each, a few for the big kids… and Ella’s very first. ❤️🌏

You are allowed to outgrow what once fit.
Change your mind.
Start again.
Take up space.
Say no.
Say YES to something that scares you.
Be grateful for your life and still want to create more from it.

You don’t need to wait until you feel completely ready.
You don’t need everyone to understand.

Sometimes feeling empowered starts with one simple decision:

I’m no longer going to abandon what I really want.

Today I helped a friend set up for a proposal 💍✨ and it reminded me of something I work on with so many of my coaching clients:

ALIVENESS.

Somewhere between responsibilities, routines, work, kids and goals… we can start taking life way too seriously.

We become reasonable. Predictable. Responsible.

And forget that life is also meant to be FUN.

✨So call that friend who makes you laugh.
😸Take the trip. Have the break.
🥾Go on the walk. Explore.
😸Do something spontaneous.
🤩Say yes to what lights you up.

Your life isn’t only here to be managed. It’s here to be LIVED. ⚡️

I’ve spent 22+ years in the fitness industry, and one thing has never changed…

It’s never been just about the workouts.
It’s always been about the people.

After COVID, life took me in a completely different direction. We moved to beautiful Port Stephens, I became a mum to Ella, and had to reinvent myself all over again.

Then Concrete came along.

Getting to be part of bringing this project to life has been so special. Every conversation with a member, watching people build strength, confidence, and belief in themselves, and seeing this business grow so much in such a short time has been an absolute treat.

What people see is the classes and the community. What they don’t always see is the love, care, and work that happens behind the scenes.

I’m so grateful to be part of a team of coaches and owners who genuinely care. That passion is what makes Concrete so special.

To everyone who’s walked through those doors thank you. You are what makes this place what it is.
