Annie is going through so much right now and could really use a hand.

Our amazing friends Joe Fan and Ainslie Plumb are part of the Stairwell Project and while their stories are both amazing and sad in their own right, they would love your support while the Stairwell The Stairwell Project - Musicians in Hospitals are releasing a CD.

This release will raise much needed financial support for this amazing project, and I hope you all can support it by grabbing a CD on Friday when they are released.

The thing I love about training with Peter is his open-minded approach and his willingness to try anything.

He used to be very one minded and focus on just trying to punch hard for what we’ve been working on is how to use your footwork to better position yourself and to generate better power.

And then I showed him how one set of footwork works for boxing and kickboxing a like and look how easy he makes it look but believe me it’s tough
