Annie is going through so much right now and could really use a hand.

Annie dedicates all of her time to helping people less fortunate than herself and will be ropable that she is now needing our help.

Jacobs Well Fishing & Social Club are doing a massive raffle this Sunday from 2 pm to help Annie with ALL proceeds going to support Annie in this sh*ttty time.

Our amazing friends Joe Fan and Ainslie Plumb are part of the Stairwell Project and while their stories are both amazing and sad in their own right, they would love your support while the Stairwell The Stairwell Project - Musicians in Hospitals are releasing a CD.

This release will raise much needed financial support for this amazing project, and I hope you all can support it by grabbing a CD on Friday when they are released.

Amy and I have kicked off our new NDIS Support Service Company, SERVICE IN ACTION PTY LTD and we have spoken to many people over the last few months over services we will offer as well as support workers we will need, so now it all begins.

So after a well earned break from training, Brian Anyos is back and available for personal sessions, pre-organized group sessions and personal mentoring.

You all know Brian's extensive Martial Arts history and knowledge, and now he is working with clients mentoring and guiding.

NDIS clients are also welcome to join to enjoy, not only the physical benefits of training with Brian, but also a huge range of life improving skills to help you grow as a person.
