Be so consistent that what was once your goal becomes your baseline πŸ’―

The longer you maintain, the more resilient your physique becomes. Your habits, your muscle memory, your body fat set-point. Push to strengthen these, knowing the longer you go, the longer it will take for your hard work to be undone, and the more easily you’ll get right back on top πŸ’ͺ🏽

Thicken up that back and broaden those lats with this session:

1. Wide Grip Pull-up: 4 x AMRAP
2. Neutral Grip Lat Pull-down: 3 x 8-10 reps
3. Dumbbell Row: 4 x 6-8 reps/side
4. Seated Face-pull: 3 x 10-12 reps
5. Cable Pull-over: 3 x 12-15 reps

Rest for 2-3 minutes between sets ⏱️

Build a routine you know is good for you, it doesn’t matter how small, just ensure it’s something you can stick to πŸ’―

Do it daily; if you miss a day, that’s ok, but never miss a second. Leave it on autopilot, and watch how your perspective shifts and progress accelerates πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ“ˆ
