(I) 20 minutes at a steady pace (RPE 5)

Cycle through at a pace you can maintain for the 20 minutes. Rest 5 minutes
(ii) 20 minute AMRAP
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
20 double unders
1 minute rest between rounds
