Tirasamu Weetbix Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients + method
2 Weetbix - crushed & place in bowl
1/4 cup milk of choice (I used soy lite)
30ml Espresso coffee
Mix milk and coffee into Weetbix.
Place in fridge until set (1 hour minimum)
160 grams low fatGreek Yoghurt (I used Chiobani)
20grams favourite protein powder (I used WPI Chocolate)
Mix together
Place on top of Weetbix base (once the base has set)
Sugar free chocolate powder
Sprinkle chocolate powder over the top
If doing food prep, cover with lid or wrap and place in fridge.

Protein ~39 g
Carbohydrates ~21 g
Fat ~3.5 g
Fibre ~9–10 g
That's a very strong breakfast for a woman over 50 who wants to support muscle, appetite control and healthy ageing.
