Train With Jade

Train With Jade Youth Blitz is currently running our Teen Blitz program at the Ashy Bines Transformation Centre in Mermaid Beach.

This class is for teen girls aged 13 years and older. All training sessions are taken by qualified personal trainers; educating our teens on correct form and technique while having fun and making friends. Teen Blitz will not only be providing training but also supporting our teens, providing them with knowledge in health, goal setting and motivation to empower them for a brighter and healthier future.

It’s been a minute but I am so excited to get back into training and sessions. This page will have a bit of a change up now, previously it was dedicated to my teen training, now it will have all of my clients/training. I now have a private studio set up at my home which I will be training from.

I specialise in women’s fitness, with over 10 years industry experience. Sessions include strength training, boxing, HIlT and pre/post partum.
