parkrun is not a race against other runners, but a 5km timed run, jog or walk. It can really be whatever you want it to be, whether that's for fun or as part of a training plan. Paradise Point parkrun offers an opportunity for all members of our local community, male or female, young or old, to come together on a regular basis to enjoy our beautiful foreshore and get physically active in the proce

ss. We want to encourage people to walk, jog or run together irrespective of their ability – this event is truly open to all and best of all it really is FREE! Taking part is easy – just register in advance by 6pm on the Friday before your first ever parkrun event. Then just set your alarm for Saturday morning and get yourself there!

Just love it when some of our regulars are touristing at parkrun.

Jo Ware and Jamie are travelling overseas and managed a parkrun at Conkers this morning.

This is thru an old mining area - that pool was used by the miners on thier way outta the pit .. to rinse off.

Great effort guys.

Another amazing morning at parkrun today!

The sun is getting warmer, and you can definitely feel that spring has arrived! 🌸

We had 447 participants this morning, running, walking and jogging their way around the 5km course. We had plenty of prams, four-legged friends 🐾 and lots of happy faces enjoying the beautiful morning.

A big shout-out to our many wonderful volunteers who helped make the event happen today. 🙌 Your time, energy and support are so appreciated — parkrun simply couldn’t happen without you! 💙

Our future volunteer roster is needing your help to fill. If you can spare some time over the coming weeks, we would really appreciate your support. Every role makes a difference, and we’d love to have you join our volunteer team! 🙏
