Your body isn't broken after 40.

But your strategy can evolve.

And I think that's a conversation women desperately need.

Because when things start changing, we're often told the answer is simply to try harder.

Eat less.

Exercise more.

Be more disciplined.

But women's bodies don't exist in a vacuum.

Hormones change.

Recovery can change.

Sleep can change.

Maintaining muscle becomes increasingly important.

Our pelvic floor and core deserve attention.

And how we fuel and move our bodies matters.

That doesn't mean we need to overhaul our entire lives.

It means we need to understand what matters and put our energy into the things that actually support us.

That's exactly why I created StrongHer After 40.

Not to give you another list of rules.

To give you a better understanding of your body and some realistic strategies you can actually use.

We'll talk:

💪 Strength + muscle
🤍 Pelvic floor + core
🥗 Protein + nutrition
🚶‍♀️ Walking + everyday movement
😴 Sleep + recovery
🌸 Perimenopause and the changes that can come with this stage of life

And we'll bring it all together without the overwhelm.

A little Saturday reminder from me. 🤍

Your health isn't built only in the gym.

It's built in the walks.

The food that nourishes you.

The sleep when you can get it. 😆

The people who make you laugh.

The moments you slow down.

And yes, the strength sessions where you surprise yourself with what your body can do. 💪

I love strength training.

But I love it because it helps us build bodies that can go out and live a bloody good life.

So whatever your weekend looks like, I hope there's something in it that fills your cup too.

Happy Saturday, lovely people. 🤍

Hi Mudgeeraba ladies 👋

I have a few spaces available in my local women’s strength training sessions and thought I’d pop in and introduce myself.

I’m Stacey, a Women’s Health & Performance Coach and I’ve been training women on the Gold Coast for many years.

My sessions are designed specifically for women and focus on building strength, mobility, confidence and good movement, with pelvic floor and core awareness woven into how we train.

And they’re genuinely for all levels.

You don’t need to be fit before you come.

You don’t need experience with weights.

And you definitely don’t need to keep up with anyone else.

I coach each woman from where she’s at and we build from there. 💪

My 9.15am weekday sessions are outdoors at Mudgeeraba Soccer Club, with a really lovely group of local women. Babies and little ones are welcome too, so you don’t have to wait until life magically becomes less busy to start looking after yourself. 😂

I also currently have a couple of 6am spots available in my private studio in Worongary for the early birds.

If you’re looking for somewhere supportive to get stronger, particularly through your 40s, perimenopause, menopause, pregnancy/postnatal years or simply because you’re ready to start prioritising your health, you’re very welcome to come and join us. 🤍

Feel free to comment below or send me a message and I’ll happily have a chat about the sessions and whether they’d suit you.

Your pelvic floor deserves better than “just do your Kegels.” 🤍

Over the last few weeks I've been talking a lot more about pelvic floor, core, breathing, pressure and strength.

And there's a reason.

After years of working with women, I still meet so many who have never really been taught how their pelvic floor works.

We hear:

“Squeeze.”

“Do your Kegels.”

“Brace your core.”

But there's so much more to it.

Your pelvic floor needs to contract and relax.

It works with your breath and deep core.

It responds when you cough, sneeze, laugh, lift, run and jump.

And it needs to work as part of your whole body when you move and build strength.

So I've put together a free guide to help make sense of it.

Strong Core. Strong Floor. Strong Life.

Inside, I'll help you understand your pelvic floor and core in simple, practical language and start building more awareness and connection with your body.

Whether you're pregnant, postnatal, navigating perimenopause or menopause, or simply thinking...

I probably should know more about this part of my body.😆

I made this for you.

It's completely FREE.

👉 Download your copy through the link and I'll send it straight to your inbox.

Because women deserve to understand their bodies, not just be handed another exercise to do. 🤍

STRONGHER AFTER 40 | LIVE ONLINE WORKSHOP 🤍

If you’re over 40 and finding yourself thinking…

“Why does my body feel different now?”

or

“Why doesn’t what used to work seem to work the same anymore?”

This workshop is for you.

Not because your body is broken.

And not because turning 40 suddenly means you need a completely different rulebook.

But this stage of life can bring changes in hormones, recovery, sleep, strength, muscle, pelvic floor function, appetite, energy and the way we respond to training.

And women are often left trying to figure all of that out from completely conflicting advice.

Eat less.

Train harder.

Cut carbs.

Do more cardio.

Fast longer.

Take every supplement known to mankind. 😂

I want to give women something more useful than that.

StrongHer After 40 is a practical 75-minute live online workshop designed to help you understand what actually matters now.

We’ll talk about:

💪 strength and muscle

🤍 pelvic floor and core

🥗 protein and nutrition

🚶‍♀️ walking and everyday movement

😴 sleep, stress and recovery

🌸 the changes that can come with perimenopause and beyond

And most importantly, how to bring those pieces together in a way that actually fits a normal life.

No fear-based menopause messaging.

No “your body is failing you.”

No massive list of things you suddenly have to do perfectly.

Just good education, realistic strategies and a better understanding of the body you’re living in.

Because this stage isn’t about going backwards.

It’s about learning what your body needs now and building strength for the life ahead.

01/09/2026

Strength changes more than muscle.

This is Angela. 🤍

And one of the things I love most about her story isn’t how much weight she can lift.

It’s the confidence she’s built in understanding her own body.

Angela used to feel like training needed to be all-or-nothing.

If she’d slept badly, had a rough night with the kids or simply wasn’t feeling 100%, easing off could feel like she wasn’t doing enough.

But strength training doesn’t have to work like that.

Over time, Angela has learnt the difference between:

“I can give a little more today.”

and

“Today my body needs me to pull back.”

Without guilt attached to either one.

And THAT is strength too.

Because good training isn’t about smashing yourself every time you walk through the door.

Some days we add weight.

Some days we push.

Some days we modify.

Some days simply showing up is the win.

My job as a coach is to meet a woman where she’s at, while also recognising those moments when she’s capable of more than she realises.

Angela summed it up beautifully:

“That confidence has made a huge difference, and I now feel stronger, more capable, and much more in tune with what my body needs.”

But there’s another part of Angela’s story I absolutely love.

Her kids now see training as simply part of Mum’s life.

They join in.

They copy her exercises.

They love seeing what Mum can do. 💪

And I think there’s something incredibly powerful about that.

They’re not growing up watching Mum punish her body with exercise.

They’re watching her use it, strengthen it and look after it.

That’s a pretty bloody good example to set. 🤍

There’s a point for many women where the things that used to work just… don’t feel quite the same anymore.

Recovery can change.

Sleep can change.

Your cycle can change.

Muscle and strength become increasingly important.

Your pelvic floor might suddenly make itself known. 😅

Energy, appetite, body composition and how you feel in your own skin can all shift too.

And the answer isn’t to panic and start doing MORE of everything.

More cardio.
Less food.
Harder workouts.
Another restrictive diet.

This stage of life deserves a better strategy.

Strength training.

Enough protein and nourishing food.

Walking and everyday movement.

Pelvic floor and core awareness.

Sleep and recovery.

And perhaps most importantly, actually understanding what’s happening in your body.

That’s a conversation I want us to have much more of around here.

Because women deserve good information about their bodies before they’re standing there wondering what the hell happened. 😂🤍

27/08/2026

We’re not training for the gym.
We’re training for life.

I love watching women get stronger.

Of course it’s bloody exciting when someone picks up a heavier dumbbell or hits a new PB. 💪

But that’s not really the point.

We’re building strength for everything outside the gym.

Carrying the shopping in one trip. 😂

Picking up kids and grandkids.

Getting up off the floor.

Travelling.

Gardening.

Walking hills.

Protecting our bones and muscle as we age.

Feeling steady and capable in our own body.

And having the confidence to say, Yep, I can do that.

That’s why I want women strength training.

Not because you need to become a gym person.

Because you have a whole life outside the gym that you want your body to keep showing up for.

The training is simply where we prepare for it.

And doing it beside a bunch of women who laugh, encourage each other and genuinely want to see you get stronger makes it even better. 🤍

I still have a couple of spaces available in my 6am and 9.15am sessions if you’d like to come and see what we’re all about.
