Jučer smo proslavili našeg zaštitnika, Svetog Leopolda Mandića. Od srca zahvaljujemo obitelji Žrakić, Mari i njezinom pokojnom suprugu Stjepanu, na velikodušnoj donaciji našeg novog kipa Svetog Leopolda. Naša skupina Velebit obilježila je ovu prigodu u tradicionalnim narodnim nošnjama, nakon čega smo se okupili u klubu kako bismo proslavili i Majčin dan. Hvala Fra Davoru i cijeloj našoj zajednici što smo zajedno obilježili ovu posebnu prigodu.

Yesterday we celebrated our Patron Saint, Sveti Leopold Mandić. A heartfelt thank you to the Zrakić family, Mara and her late husband Stjepan, for the generous donation of our new Saint Leopold statue. Our Velebit group marked the occasion in traditional folk costumes, before we gathered in the clubhouse to also celebrate Mother’s Day. Thank you to Fra Davor and our entire community for coming together for this special occasion.
