Great to be back coaching some regional athletes today’s results really showed how far you’ve come well done everyone.

Dan placed 25th in the 11yr boys race
Hannah placed 8th in the 10yr girls race
Calum placed 4th in the 12yr boys race
Pip didn’t end up running as she came off the weekend with an ankle injury. Well done everyone

Well done to our distant friends out at chinchilla all finished well and the youngest and oldest brothers made it through to the state championships they all did so well thanks for trusting me with the coaching of this great family

As of July 1st 2025 our pricing will go to $5 per session per $10 per week or $40 a month with families getting involved for $10 per session $20 per week or $80 a month. This change come to attract more athletes and also to address cost of living issues. Please remember I’m a level 3 qualified distance running coach with national representatives and state record holders athletes that I have coached in the past. Training times are 4pm Monday and Wednesday until close to 5pm ranging from athletes 10yrs and older. Come try first session at no cost.

As we are well into cross country season now please come down to our squad training on Monday and Wednesday from 3:50pm at woodlands Park off swanton dr. Cost is $10 per session and I’m a level 3 middle and long distance coach.

Now the Olympics have wrapped up. Let’s think about training for LA or long term Brisbane. You might not get there but why not have a go, as I’ve been coaching a small group for the past 2 decades I’m always looking for new athletes. I coach a group on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 4-5ish at woodlands park off swanton dr at a cost of $10 per athlete per session. I’m looking at doing private sessions at a higher cost dm here for more information.
