⭐ ELITE MENTORING PROGRAM PLAYER ACCOMPLISHMENTS ⭐
ISLA REYNOLDS has been a member of our EMP Program since February 2025 and has committed herself, in a big way, to her development.
Isla has received the Coaches Award for the 2026 U14G Roar rep season. This is the 2nd year in a row that Isla has received this award for rep.
At the end of the 2025/26 Club Summer Season, Isla received the following awards
• U14G Glory - MVP
• U16G Legacy - MVP
• Silver medal - U14G Glory
U14 Comp Statistics
• 3rd in total points
• 1st for total free throws
• equal 1st for 3-Pts
U16 Comp Statistics (playing up an age group)
• 1st for 3-pt Made
• 2nd for total free throws
• 7th for total points
Aside from all this, Isla has also improved in her EMP and FTA specific areas too from 2025 to 2026. Testing Improvements:
• 1min Active : Block shoots now at 80%, Elbows now at 52.9% (improved by almost 20%
• Catch & Shoot: Midrange now 28/35 (an increase of 60%), 3pt now 13/35 (an increase of 15%), Curry Shooting from 11 to 42 (now the highest record for Girls within FTA) and Thompson Shooting has almost doubled her score now at 44%.
• Free Throws: an increase of 20% overall.
• Dunk Program: overall an increase of 40cm to Vertical Jump (across 3 tests)
The consistency of Isla's training has lead to continued and consistent increase in her testings, but also continued and increased performance in games.
I has seen Isla grow from when I had her as a bottom age U12 player and watching her most recently with her confidence and maturity as a player makes me super proud. Keep up the hard work Isla. It is all paying off and will continue to do so as you continue to work hard for your goals.
