How dare you go and train before anything else.

It’s selfish.

Is it?

Having a high standard for yourself so then that reflects on to every aspect in life?

It’s a roll in effect, if you treat yourself at the highest of standard, then you will inflict it to the people most important.

Sure, go listen to the slobs, the losers, the people that force you to have bad habits, make you feel guilty - are they the person you look up to?

No, I didn’t think so. Do what’s best for you, self care is not selfish.

Here’s how to lower body fat without Clen.

Bro no insulin sensitive will be far more effective than any drug out there. No secret magic potion, this is the key for balancing blood sugars and digestion.

Go for a 10min walk after every meal.

Steps are a form of out put but only work,
if small amounts are done, broken up frequently in the day. Keeping insulin sensitive is a far more anabolic effect as carbs go to the muscle, fat gets used the form of energy (in the most simple way to describe).

Feeling sick or nauseas before training?

We put too much emphasis on these massive meals around training that it takes away the purpose of training itself.

I think you need something, but something small to get you through. Easy digesting.

In a deficit, little different as your body will crave the food. But let the food come and build away from training when assuming muscle and taking off bodyfat.

Focus on what protocol allows you to feel best when training.

What do you consider unhealthy?

It may not be visually but the stats in the video don’t lie. She was In a daily fight or flight mode. No quality to life.

No freedom to eat, enjoy her lifestyle. Yes, she “looked” good but internally was a nightmare. This is was 7 weeks could do.

Dropping crazy amount of food won’t get you lean.

I know I know, cals in verse cals out, but you still need somewhere to go when your body adapts.

Drop enough for a change, but still enough to make adjustments down the line. Or else we eat into muscle mass.

Which means everyone’s biggest fear, “skinny-fat”

Loose skin?

For some people, yes. In this case,
No.

Everything done over time, smart, calculated, and consistent.

No excessive PEDs, everything that was manageable for his lifestyle.

Like his msg to me, “i can’t send my best photo, as the best is yet to come”.

The build phase is the new word for the bulking phase, which is the new word for being out of shape.

Old school bodybuilders bulked, it worked, but why would you look sloppy, insulin resistant, horrible digestion, horrible sleep, and having to explain to everyone why you look bad - in order for a bulk… oops, sorry, “build”.

You can live a lifestyle, stay lean, gain muscle, and look good year round. You’re not trying to be a 300lb open pro bodybuilder, so please, cut the BS.

Get strong, feed the body enough for performance and recovery, out train that diet, increase food, repeat this cycle.

Digestion on point, insulin sensitivity is high, energy is good, and the best part?

You look good. DM me for more.

Did I mention no PEDs?

Yes this was all done with no PEDs as her POTS wouldn’t allow for it; was not worth the risk of causing anymore headache, migraines or blood pressure problems.

Get your health right, the body will follow your command.

Dieting too strict will cause an eating disorder.

I’ve seen it. People put too much pressure on themselves, causing a lifestyle of restriction, sacrifice and resentment.

On the flip side, flexible dieting every day, does the same thing. Obsessing over the minority, and creating the same problems.

Work through consistency by enjoying the foods you like, how do you do that?
Figure out the foods you like; you’d be happy to have on a daily basis.

Then it doesn’t feel hard to follow. Increase carbs as training progresses as carbs are great for energy, and who doesn’t love carbs.

When your body is in such a progressive state, things like date nights, birthdays, Christmas, holidays etc - are never a problem, you’ll never do damage.

You’re not getting on stage to win an Olympia title, chill out. Be pro-active, plan for events, enjoy the foods you like, stay lean and build some quality tissue.

You don’t have an “injury”.

You have an ex*****on problem. Every single client will say,
“Nah this injury is very serious, this can’t be fixed”.

Now I get it, some injuries are chronic but you can treat these problems by figuring out the trigger.

With injuries, people search for pain, consciously or subconsciously.

Injuries come from under compensating muscle groups. The result of joint, tendon or muscle pain, comes from areas that aren’t firing, putting stress on weaker more exposed areas.

Figure out the problem and trigger, work to prevent, not to treat. Be pro-active, not reactive.
