I don’t post much about my own transformation because it’s a weird time for me to think back on but here it is.

2021 sucked ass
Back to back surgeries within a fortnight, bed ridden for months and hooked on painkillers. In Pain and unmotivated is a understatement, months off work and no plan on going back to the career I spent 7 years in (tiling)

I was lucky enough to have a great support team around me within this time that kept me sane, but I knew I was meant for more.

So once recovered enough I spontaneously I booked a week holiday to the goldcoast to get away and never returned basically.

And that’s what has lead me to what what I have now, if anyone asked me what my dream job was it would be based around fitness or gym and today currently I’m making that possible.

This coaching platform was me dipping my toes into something that I didn’t know would expand to what it has, with already beating goals that I set within a year done within the first month. We continue to grow every week.

And for that, I’m great ful for everyone that’s jumped on the journey. But we ain’t done yet, I’ve set even bigger goals and milestones not just for me but my clients and community that I have built within shields-fit
