All positions will become open, any financial member wanting to nominate for a position must do so via this form prior to 17:00 September 16th 2026. The following positions will become vacant at the AGM.

If there is no written nomination received prior to the AGM, nominations may be taken from the floor.
If there is more than 1 written nomination received for a position, the appointment to the position will be determined by a vote of members present at the meeting by a show of hands or, if required a secret ballot.
NB: Under the Club’s constitution, any members who are financial and who are not minors are eligible to vote. This entitlement extents to and includes all current financial adult players, life members and all parents of registered and financial junior players.
