This morning I opened my phone and felt tears rise, in the best possible way, before I even finished reading… 🥰

This was shared inside my WILD Mastery Inner Circle… a space made of legacy leaders… and those who are ready to soften, surrender, and unfold into all that they are.

And I just sat there…
breathing it in…
feeling the sacredness of it.

So often, we witness individuals achieving monumental successes, constructing towering achievements that stand as testaments to their determination and skill.

Yet, amidst these grand constructs, a silent question lingers: at what cost?

In the pursuit of external accomplishments, it's all too easy for one's essence—the unique, indefinable spark—to be left by the wayside. The pursuit becomes so consuming that one day, they might pause and find themselves adrift in a sea of achievements, wondering, "Who am I really, and how did I get here?
What are the desires that light my soul on fire?"

This reflection on authenticity isn't new to me.

Years ago, I delved into the myriad discussions and philosophies advocating for the importance of being "authentic." I grasped the concept intellectually, yet the path to unveiling my true self remained shrouded in mystery. Like a chameleon, 🦎 my colours shifted with my surroundings, leaving me to ponder which of these myriad shades was genuinely mine.

I remember journalling reflecting.. Was any aspect of this ever-changing persona truly me? And if I can't figure out who I am what hope has anyone got??! And how the - do you begin to unravel this enigma?🤔

Yet, as I journeyed deeper, an enlightening realization dawned upon me: the nature of authenticity is far simpler than I had envisioned.

To be authentic is to be present and true in the moment, not confined to a static identity but fluid and adaptable like water. 💧

Water, in its essence, remains unchanging whether it takes the form of ice, snow, liquid, or v***r. And we are all-encompassing, embodying a spectrum of states and expressions while retaining our core essence. ❄️

Our true self is not a singular, unyielding identity but a dynamic confluence of many facets, ever-changing yet always fundamentally us.

At the heart of embracing this multifaceted authenticity is self-awareness. It is through the cultivation of a profound awareness of our thoughts, emotions, and actions that we can navigate the ever-shifting landscape of our lives with grace.

This self-awareness allows us to recognize and honour our current state of being—whether we're feeling solid as ice, fluid as water, or ethereal as vapour—without losing sight of the cohesive whole that we are.
