IMO in general Romanian deadlifts make you feel powerful anyways … it’s like she’s tried to swap it for a seated row hinge.

I get the idea, but this one is just for the clicks ❌ it’s not even braced properly

Instead of chasing the smallest, tiniest version of yourself

Weight will always fluctuate up and down, even if you do the exact same thing every single day

I actually did that for about a week straight last year just for an experiment

✨Same water, same training time, same food amounts, same rest. ✨

Even still, it was up and down by about 200 to 700 g, and then we have our period, which usually it fluctuates about 1.5 kg up ⬆️

So if you think you’re failing because it goes up and down, you’re not. It just means you have a human body. ✨👌🏼

Side note - As a fitness coach myself, seeing this kind of language said by influencers to try and sell their chat gpt programs “ fix your mudflaps”, “ get rid of your saddle bags”, “ get rid of your pancake a*s”

… honestly those words are already circulating in our own heads about ourselves let alone hearing them from someone else

It makes us feel inferior about our own bodies even more

Changing your body shouldn’t be something to be ashamed of - in fact it should be something we’re excited to do to look stronger and healthy rather than changing our body just because we feel sh*t about it.
