My background consists of over 10 years of training and coaching boxing for fitness, as well as studying anatomy, myology (muscle study) and osteology (bone structure study)at university. RIO Boxing classes are directed to teaching Traditional English Boxing for fitness, not for fighting, to improve your physical and mental health. Regardless of age, gender or fitness level, Boxing is a holistic form of exercise, as it demands engagement and connection with your entire body and everyone can enjoy its many benefits. Boxing will improve your endurance, strengthen your muscles, and develop an unstoppable mindset.

Hey guys, we are now on the last day of the year and I want to thank all my clients and friends, for giving me the strength to get here. I’m very grateful to all of you! 

2021 was a difficult year for all, full of challenges and changes, but it also gave us the strength to keep going, to take care of ourselves, to reinvent.

I thank each one of you, every drop of sweat and your dedication for coming to class on hot or rainy days. Committing to our mind and body health is one of the best gifts one can give oneself, and I'm proud that we're doing this together!

You guys are awesome and 2022 will be an excellent year full of news.
