Cross Design isn’t about doing the most repairs. It’s about doing repairs we’re proud to put our name on. Every board is sanded by hand, every repair carefully colour matched and every finish completed with the attention to detail we’d expect on our own equipment. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone in this group for the incredible support since I introduced Cross Design a few weeks ago.

The response has honestly been amazing. We've had Surfboards, Foil Boards, Campervans, and even Surf Lifesaving Craft coming through the workshop.

It's been great meeting so many people from the local community, and I'm incredibly grateful for every recommendation, comment and job.

The Blade is our latest high-performance shortboard designed for speed, precision, and progressive surfing in a wide range of conditions. Blending modern performance with clean refined curves, the Blade delivers instant responsiveness, effortless drive, and confidence through critical sections. Hand-shaped and individually tuned, this model is built for surfers looking to push harder, surf sharper, and stay connected to every movement beneath their feet.

Starting from $999.00

Sizes range from 4’8” to 6’4”, with every board individually designed around the rider’s height, weight, ability, and surfing style. Each Blade is fitted with official Futures fin boxes and can be fully customised with bespoke resin work or custom spray finishes.

Custom sprays available from $250.00.
