🥗- FAD DIETS DON'T WORK -🥑

You know the ones?... man shake, No carbs diets, Keto, Paleo, weight watchers, Carnivore diet and the list goes on.

Terrible advice and unqualified “coaches” set you up for long-term failure.

Although these “fad diets” sometimes work in the short term... normally once you come off them all the weight comes straight back on, plus some.

The problem is, most of these diets are too restrictive — making them miserable and unsustainable…

Plus they lead to intense cravings, which results in binge eating, guilt and loss of motivation.

Don’t get lost in tasks and duties

Whatever the specifics of a man’s purpose he must always refresh the transcendental elements of his life through regular meditation and retreat

A man should never get lost in the details of his life and forget that

Ultimately and in truth, life amounts to nothing other than what is the deepest truth of his present moment

Tasks don’t get a man anywhere more conscious or free then his capable of being in this present moment

Being focused on tasks and duties is a man’s biggest strength and weakness

It’s great to be able to plough through obstacles and get the job done

As this keeps you disciplined and on your purpose

But if you forget your life purpose while pursuing the smaller daily tasks then you reduce yourself to a machine of picayune
