We are always looking for ways to grow personally, physically, professionally, all with the aim to be happier and to improve our life.

Unfortunately, all this does is increase stress to our body and science and history tells us that by increasing stress without recovery, eventually leads to dis-ease in the body.
To achieve any growth, it is our body’s ability to adapt and recover from stress which allows us to grow and move forward.
Resistance training, functional training, Pilates or even doing yoga to lose weight, gain muscle, tone up all in the effort to look and feel good, it is our body’s ability to recover from stress that will determine your long-term results.
