To all women, it’s time to stop playing small!

It’s time to clame your voice and clame your wholehearted self.

It’s time to stop making excuses for not showing up for yourself, it’s time to stop the toxic cycles that keep you trapped in doing and experiencing the similar situations that keep you hostile.

You are worth more, you know it deep in your heart but you keep giving your power away and listening to other people opinions and following what other people think is best for you!

I call you in TO STEP UP IN YOUR POWER AS A WOMEN and heal the generational traumas and patterns that runs deep in our culture.

You, me and us all we are responsible individually to change these patterns.

I wholeheartedly call you in and forward to be courageous and step up for yourself. 🔥

The time is now, when you wholeheartedly choose yourself and clame your self love, the universe will support you in all the ways!

The only way is forward and through.

Tuesday reminder 👇🏼

Growth is not linear, it comes with it highs↗️and lows ↘️

Acceptance that this is part of the journey will make life easier for you.

I’ve been in the self development/ healing space for more than a decade now and I’ve been seeing this a lot in my clients, my friends, myself and people I personally journeyed with. when life throws a curveball / challenge, people give up too soon or think that what they have been building is not working, all the inner work is not paying off 😤😭

And here is the thing my loves 👇🏼

We all fall out of alignment sometimes,

We all judge ourselves on some degree, what we have done in the past, what we didn’t do. What we could have done better, the f**kups….

What matters isn't, what we have done in the past

What matters is that we forgive ourselves and accept that what happened in the past you can’t change nothing about it.

Now you have the resources through those experiences to discern what choices you want to make for yourself now and moving towards your future.

And REALLY REALLY IMPORTANT, here me out on this 👇🏼

Sustainer of life

Thank you for gifting me safety and helping me grow joyfully

Thank you for seeing me and believing in me

Thank you for gifting me the gift of being without pretense or hiding

Thank you for gifting me the gift of surrender for I might have shrank away from life
