TFH coaching

My name is Thomas Fraser-Holmes, I have been a member of the Australian Swimming team since 2010, debuting at the 2010 Commonwealth Games 🥇🥉
I have competed at two Olympic Games (2012 & 2016) in Freestyle, Individual Medly & relay events.

Something people might not know about me is that I have huge passion for coaching. Through various mentors during my athletic career my knowledge of swimming has increasingly developed, with that my passion to be able to share it.
I strongly believe spending time on perfecting basic drills and skills gives you the platform and capacity to make shifts in your performance level.

Looking forward to sharing with you my knowledge I’ve learnt over the years and that I can play just a small part on your journey towards your goals. 🥇🥈🥉

Hi Everyone, Thanks for checking out my page, I am super excited to bring you TFH coaching. Swimming has been a huge part of my life even from a very young age, from learn to swim all the way to the Olympics.
Teaching the sport of swimming is something I am very passionate about, over the past decade my time has been mostly spent chasing the black line in numerous pools around the world, which has exposed me to some of the very best and latest techniques used in swimming.

TFH coaching is 1 on 1 private lessons or small groups, open to all ages & all levels. I believe there is not a one size fits all approach to swimming , that is why I have created TFH coaching to bring you specific drills and skills to help you achieve your individual swimming goals.
