Meet Steph 🫶🤍

Steph is a Certified Pilates Instructor and Certificate III in Fitness qualified, with years of experience across strength training, CrossFit, Pilates and HIIT.

She currently teaches Hot Pilates, HIIT and Strength, bringing a well-rounded approach to every class with a strong focus on technique and functional movement.

Steph is all about creating a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable and confident - whether you’re just starting out or have years of training experience.
