The aim of this page is to share how I came to be doing the things that I am with anyone who may be interested and to be of some encouragement or perhaps an inspiration to those who are seeking to enrich their daily lives.

I have always seen the humdrum of my life to be the norm of society and quite unremarkable, however of more recent times, there were some necessary life style changes to be made and a major change that was forced upon me, I determined to go about implementing adjustments to my daily routines. it wasn't long before people started noticing the transformation that was taking place. I was being encouraged by a number of people to share my story on social media. I have never been interested in becoming part of this pursuit before but this is another part of my adjustment to what lies ahead
