Hi all I have recently had some small group training openings become available out of Alive in Narrabundah!! If anyone I have trained in the past or anyone new looking to get into some training hit me up and I can see if I can get you into some sessions!! I have availabilities at 4:30pm and 5:30pm and potential to create some times throughout the day if anyone has a group of 3-4 friends who are looking for a fun environment to gain some health and fitness. Alive also has a creche if needed from 9am - 12noon.

Last weekend was the annual Adapt-PT Xmas Party and it lived up to its reputation as the party of the year once again!! We had a great turn out probably the biggest yet and was a great night once again!!! Thanks to everyone that made it and I hope everyone enjoyed the night as much as I did!! A big thank you to all my clients who make all this possible I couldn't ask for more enjoyable individuals to work with week in and week out!! Here are some photos from the night!! See you all

For the 4th year straight Adapt-PT has entered a team into Tough Mudder at Glenworth Valley!! We completed the course last Saturday the 22nd and what a course it was!! Glenworth is a tough gig at the best of times and this year had to be one of the most gruelling due the rain the night before and pretty much the whole way through our run!! It took just over 5 hours this year which is the longest it's taken but was a great challenge and a great effort by all of the team!! Great achievement!! If your keen to give it a go hit me up we enter a team each year so you have a year to get into some training and join the team!! Here are some pics from the day!!

So for the 3rd year in a row I have Adapt-PT has entered a team in Tough Mudder an completed it as a team!! It was a tough slog this year but a great sense of achievement and a great day of fun and laughs!! Thanks to the team of Marty, Tezza, Kirby and Jenna!! I try and get together a team every year it's a great challenge and something to direct your training towards. Hit me up if your interested for next year!!

Also just a quick mention I also do Small Group PT gym based out of Alive Health Clubs in Narrabundah!!! There is only limited spaces available but keep in mind if you want to do some more gym based trainings!!!
