Our Youth Coach & Nurse Harseen Sahota recently visited the prestigious India’s National Institute of Sports (NIS), Patiala 🇮🇳 — Asia’s biggest sports coaching centre.

She had the opportunity to meet distinguished coaches, elite athletes, Such as our very Own Tajinder Toor and faculty members while gaining valuable knowledge and insights across various sports disciplines.

NIS Patiala has produced numerous Olympians, Commonwealth, Asian & National Champions over the years, and this experience will further help us grow and develop our athletes at Glenwood Athletics & Sports Club. 💪🏽🏃‍♂️🏅
