Wow, epic weekend coming up soon!!

Adam Buckley and Wally Kermond will be representing TGR and along with the rest of our awesome NSW GP Midgets rocket pilots looking to do us all proud.

News of the Winter Series with 3 Sunday daytime race events at Eastern Creek is also amazing and a great chance to let the mighty GP Midgets loose on the Sydney public at last!!

**NOMINATIONS - DOUBLE HEADER WEEKEND**

Nominations are now open for our Double Header weekend that will close out the NSW Super Series for this season.

We will be heading into the northwest frontier, taking the annual Western Stampede to Oakburn Park Speedway Tamworth on Saturday 23rd May, then for the first time backing up next day on Sunday 24th at Gunnedah Speedway.

We will be racing for the Clive Pollett Memorial on Saturday and the NSW Fallen Members Shield on Sunday - effectively a double points race weekend to crown the NSW Super Series Champion. Joint points over the two days will result in the winner of the Western Stampede. So LOTS to race for in one cracker jack weekend with the mighty GP Midgets going nuts.

All drivers please nominate, “Yes” or “No” including car number by no later than this Sunday 6pm.

Any Victorian GP Midget drivers that would like to nominate will be most welcome!!

We will be camping at Tamworth Speedway after racing on Saturday night, before heading to Gunnedah early Sunday as it will be a day meeting and early start/finish there.

Tamworth kicks off racing at 2pm so all Drivers Teams and need to be there my midday on Saturday.

Stay tuned for an awesome announcement re a “Winter Series” that will include a three race series at Western Sydney Speedway - June/July/August, Sunday, “daytime” race meetings to close out the 2025/26 race season 🏁🏁🏁

Not before one more race meeting to be held in Victoria at Wahgunyah for the Interstate Challenge on the June long weekend - more to come on that soon as well ✅

15 minutes of wheel packing the track resulted in;

1. An hour at the track, trying to get all the mud off
2. An hour at Carlovers Carwash trying to gurney all the mud off
3. 5 hours today, getting the rest of the mud off, getting the GP Midget ready for Cullen Bullen next weekend

Gotta love mud….. 😜🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪
