We have had such a FUN start to The New Year,
Everyone has been so full of enthusiasm for their training, some people have done 8 week Challenges or come up to their second Challenge and have gained wonderful results!!!,
Eating on plan, keeping to their training days, as routine is the key for Change!!!!
I love nothing more than watching my trainers come from someone who feels, slow, sluggish and unable to do most movements….. to overcoming their worries by just walking in the door… feeling confident that I will let their bodies change slowly each week with new movements, each day training their body and mind, learning to move…. breathe…. lengthen…. feeling the strength …slowly each week and then the confidence to train well kicks in!!!.
Moving freely and stronger…. seeing their body change with strength…. looking leaner, toned and strong, cardio strength, pushing, stronger and faster…...SO MUCH FUN!!!
Of course, there are my trainers who have come to me each week for the long haul, sticking to their training days…. working hard…. maintaining their STRENGTH/ FITNESS to a high standard or preparing for new goals!!
GOTTA LOVE OUR TRAINING!!!!

OMG I am missing my clients😥!!!! , not able to train everyone is defiantly feeling way too long…..
I thought I’d post my clients training, just to remind us just how much fun we were having, that feeling of achievement after each workout, keeping that body strong and tight, growing our fitness and strength each week, the countdown is on, hopefully 1 month to go…YES!!!
I am SO SO looking forward to seeing everyone and back helping people achieve their fitness goals. Getting that heart pumping….the feeling of strength as you lift those weights…..the burn after a big leg workout….doing movements each week, then the feeling of them becoming stronger and easier.
I love nothing more than keeping everyone motivated, pointing out how their body is changing, through movements growing with each training session and just having a Dam Good Time!!!
BRING ON TIME FOR THE 8 WK CHALLENGE, taking those first photo’s, measurements and a first fitness assessment, then to start training, eating well with a healthy food plan while training, being kept accountable, having weigh ins each week, seeing your body changing /progressing every wk. Then seeing those photos after 8 wks… such an exciting time!!!

Feeling determined!!!! Eating lean, good healthy foods, do you have that picture in your mind of how great you will be feeling at the end of 4 weeks, Firmer tighter leaner YOU!!!!

More daily ideas of eating well, try your best Monday to Friday then let yourself have something a bit nice on the wk end (not too crazy), then back to it, weigh yourself on Fri….see your weight going down…YES!!!
Exercise at least 3 days a week , walking every day for 20 mins or more if you feel like it
The Spring days are beautiful, you will feel energised, get your metabolism moving, and vitamin D from the sun…how GOOD!!!!

I am so PASSIONATE about what I do! This is why I LOVE my job
I get to meet, interact with, and connect with many different clients everyday! It is so uplifting being a part of someone’s journey to a living a healthier lifestyle
I get to make positive changes in the lives of my clients and see their transformations over the weeks, months and years.
I have NO excuse to miss my workout… another perk of being a personal trainer is staying in great shape (my clients inspire me to kick my own butt after kicking theirs!)
I train so many amazing people and establish very strong relationship with them. I have become so close with many of my clients that many of them have become good friends!
The ability to use my knowledge, experience, and love of fitness to help enrich somebody else’s life. I’ve had so many clients tell me their favorite part of the day was our session; what a fantastic feeling! Getting that call or sms really makes it so worthwhile
I look forward to going to work everyday! I have incredible clients to train everyday that are so fun to be around. We have a blast, no matter what time of day and who is doing what…we are positive, outgoing, active people and we all share a passion for helping others become healthier, I can’t think of a more positive and fun environment? Constant laughter can be heard inside the studio on a regular basis 😉
Seeing clients’ confidence change as their body changes, they reach their goals and they are proud of what they have accomplished! This is the most rewarding thing for me. Sometimes it is hard to remember the shy, insecure, quiet, out of shape and depressed/unhappy person that first walked into the gym after working with someone for months or years and seeing them transform their body, mind and entire being!
I can’t believe how lucky I am to play such a pivotal role in people’s lives
