Something we couldn’t possibly say to our members often enough: Thank You! 🙏

Towel on the bench. Weights back on the rack. Equipment wiped down without anyone asking.

That’s not simply policy, it’s just how our members do things. It makes this place better for everyone who trains here after them.

So genuinely, thanks. Keep being the reason the gym feels the way it does.

Big love!

If you had to narrow your training down to just five exercises for the rest of your life, what would make the cut? 👇

We’ve gone back to the basics.

01. Squat — lower body strength & bone health
02. Hinge — posterior chain strength
03. Pull — back, arm & grip strength
04. Push — upper body strength
05. Cardio — cardiovascular fitness & endurance

You don’t need hundreds of different exercises to train effectively. What matters is covering the major movement patterns and physical qualities that support your health and fitness.

There’s no single “perfect” five, these are simply the five we’d choose if we could only pick five.

How to lose body fat for summer ☀️

It doesn’t need to be complicated — you just need a plan you can actually stick to.

For me, fat loss comes down to the basics:
🏋️‍♀️ Following a structured strength program
🚶‍♀️ Hitting my daily step target
🥗 Tracking my food to stay in a calorie deficit
📱 Using MyFitnessPal to keep myself accountable
🔁 Consistency with these habits day after day

You don’t need to starve yourself, do endless cardio or completely cut out the foods you love.

Create a sustainable calorie deficit, keep lifting, keep moving and give it enough time to work.

The goal isn’t to do more. It’s to do the basics consistently.

DM me “GUIDE” and I’ll send you my free guide on how to track your macros using MyFitnessPal.

Standing with Sue ❤️

Sue is one of our Foundation Members, and she is living with PSP, a condition that still has very limited research and awareness.

She’s working to raise funds and awareness to support research and make a difference for others living with PSP.

As a community, we’re incredibly proud to stand beside Sue and support something that means so much to her.

If you’re able to donate, share her story or simply help spread awareness, every little bit helps.

Support Sue & donate:

Let’s get behind Sue and help her raise awareness and funds for PSP 💚
