Before Tim joined the program he struggled with constant weight fluctuations.
 
He would drop weight by doing extreme diets, restricting calories really low and smashing cardio.
 
This would lead to a massive blow out of all sorts of foods and then giving up.
 
When Tim had signed up he had already lost 7.5Kg [in an unsustainable way] and needed help to keep the fat loss going and not to give up this time.
 
The first thing we did was stop the endless cardio sessions, that's right we did less.
 
Tim finished the program 9.6Kg light in 12 weeks using a much more sustainable method.
 
Tim went from feeling uncomfortable to confident with his size and can now enjoy playing sports again.

Jason reached out after he had finished a medical for a new job.

During the medical he jumped on the scale for the first time in a long time to find he weighed 92.5Kg >> the heaviest he's ever been.
 
Since joining the program he learned how to cook amazing meals and live a balanced life. Including eating pizza, KFC and having an occasional beer.
 
Here is what Jason had to say:

When Ben joined he was the heaviest he's ever been, eating & drinking way too much, and not eating healthy.
 
"The best part was the adaptability to my lifestyle, the constant check-ins and the ongoing support.

I lost 9.8Kg in 12 weeks and am looking very lean. I'm stronger and much more toned, too.
 
My energy levels have increased and my mindset about myself and my appearance have improved significantly.
