Day 7 – We did it! 🎉🧘‍♀️🚶‍♀️
The final day of the yoga challenge is a walking meditation and with it being Saturday, it feels like the perfect way to finish the week.
Instead of rushing from one thing to the next, it invites us to notice our breath, our surroundings and the simple act of moving.
A wonderful reminder that mindfulness doesn't always require sitting still—sometimes it starts with a single step.
