Well done to everyone over the last week working on the lifts and really pushing yourselves. It’s been great to see the effort across the board. A lot of you have been breaking through not just physical barriers, but mental ones as well. That’s where the real progress lives.

Let’s keep this momentum rolling as we move into our next 3-week block of lifts. The schedule is below. With the introduction of cleans on Tuesdays, we’ve had to shuffle a few of the other lifts from the original plan, but this setup gives everyone the best opportunity to keep progressing.

Also, a huge shout out to everyone who hit PBs last week. And there were plenty of them. Congratulations. We see the work you’re putting in and the effort you’re bringing into the gym every week.

A special mention has to go to one of our youngest and most consistent members, Nev. He hit PBs in all four lifts this week, including a 90kg 1RM Deadlift. That’s seriously impressive.

Well done, Nev. Keep showing everyone how it’s done … just please make better choices in the footy team you support! 😉
