Congratulations to everyone who competed last Saturday. We had 35 competitors and enjoyed a beautiful sunny afternoon. Thank you to all our wonderful officials who worked hard to deliver a high level of officiating and a timely event.

These items have been left behind at the A group Javelin. They are now in the lost and found at the centre reception.

It’s Throw day. With 36 entries we are ready for a terrific afternoon of throwing.

Warm up from 1pm discus 1.30pm shot put after that probably 2.30 followed by Javelin
3.30approx. Finishing no later then 5pm
There will be an A & B group for both shot, discus & Javelin.

Please be aware that there is no food or drinks for sale at the centre this afternoon so bring your own snacks and drinks.
