Returning to Lakeside Stadium, the Victorian All Schools Track & Field Championships sees athletes competing for personal bests, and the opportunity to represent their state at the Australian All Schools Track & Field Championships.

Recently, we’ve had more and more runners come in asking us to bring out a specific shoe. After watching them run and assessing their feet, we’ve sometimes realised the shoe they’ve chosen isn’t actually the best fit for them.

When we ask who recommended it, the answer is increasingly: “ChatGPT.”

AI can be a great starting point, but there’s no substitute for someone actually watching you run, understanding your individual feet and biomechanics, and helping you find what works best for you.

Every member of our team is a runner, has tried the shoes on our wall and is skilled in the fit and function of every brand we stock.

Because the best shoe isn’t always the one an algorithm recommends. Sometimes, the best advice is face-to-face. 🏃‍♀️👟
