This was the exact same day of my birthday turning 53 , many assumed I was in a bad place from the first pic but I was far from it, I was happily giving my body a break for the first time ever and enjoying not caring about looks at all pretty much for the first time ever. Itโ€™s funny how so many take it the wrong way when you donโ€™t look how they expect you to look because their view of you is so different to the norm of seeing you in the past.
Anyway winter is ending and so is my break , bring on summer and the shreddy tanned and groomed me ๐Ÿ˜Š

Pretty happy with how i am looking but still a long way from my final form.
Training at my favourite gym this morning, this gym has everything needed to build anyone a quality physique.

We would all agree itโ€™s very rewarding to achieve goals we set for ourselves and reach the end of a journey we set upon....

We would all agree itโ€™s very rewarding to achieve goals we set for ourselves and reach the end of a journey we set upon.
Today once again i had the privilege to do that for another in the form of Jason , my 53 year old client has never won a trophy in his life ๐Ÿ˜ฑ
He approached me in the gym i work at after reading about all my achievements and asked about some training. Long story short i said mate you basically would look like me if you put in the work and i promise to get you that first win ๐Ÿ†
4-5 months later we hit the stage today with .bodysport and we did it.
Jason after 53 years got his first big win not once but twice ๐Ÿฅ‡๐Ÿฅ‡

I will tell anyone i meet, if you put in the work and stay consistent you will do what may look impossible to you and others around you but it will happen.

Client Transformation and Birthday Girl turned 53 today.
Nikki has been one of my most consistent clients ever and never misses a session in al my years training her.
No excuses ever and bringing up 3 great kids on her own and doing a 9-5 job.
The modern day super woman is amazing, proud to also call Nikki a great friend.

What makes you get up each day ?

1 : Life is precious and not to be abused in a way you donโ€™t get the most out of it.
2 : Do what you can to improve it as much as possible and that can be achieved in many ways.
3 : Itโ€™s easy to be a good person and lead by example, especially in a world that has no privacy in this day and age and just about everything ends up on camera or social media like it or not. So think before you act and know what you put out in the world can be viewed by many.
4 : Prioritise health as best you can, we all have to eat and we all need to move our bodies so utilise the best of both and the quality of the life you have will be much greater.
5 : The most important one of all that we take for granted ๐Ÿ˜ƒ SMILE more often , a smile at the right time to someone without you knowing needed it can totally turn their day around. And its FREE โ˜บ๏ธ

Took some shots today of just dieting to get in the best shape of my life at the Age of 51

My weight is 82kgs at 6โ€™2 tall
I have always wondered how lean can i really get as i can honestly say even as a competitor have never pushed it to totally shred to the bone. I still have more to go and actually feel completely normal hear.
I have taken zero fat burners or any such things as i have never needed that stuff, i just train mostly in my home gym 7 days a week with no days off as i get bored without it.
-
Cardio is also something i have never needed for weight loss or shredding to achieve this physique.
-
I maintain clean eating year round these days and feel better for it with the added cheat when ever i feel the need.
-
Being in my 50โ€™s i have turned it into a sustainable lifestyle in hope i can look and feel like this for many years to come, no ego lifting and i have nothing to prove to anyone.
-
I do it for me because i love the lifestyle and encourage anyone to do the same.
-
No drugs needed EVER and being natural for life will always increase your quality and longevity for life, well thatโ€™s me and i say each to their own. If i can do it , you can certainly give it a go also โ˜บ๏ธ

My Tips for a Massive Chest.

1๏ธโƒฃ Grip + Depth , the 2 things i see done wrong more often, most people grip too close together forcing more Anterior head and triceps to do a majority of the work, and bar depth not going anywhere near the chest ๐Ÿ™ˆ
๐Ÿ† wider grip with continuous tension and make sure the bar touches your chest no matter the angle you are doing.
โŒ My opinion only, this stupid floor benching i see ๐Ÿ™ˆ where your elbows touch the ground and the bar gives near zero stretch to the chest stop that stupid s**t if thats you.
2๏ธโƒฃ all forms of fly movements weather its cables , machines or dumbells i also see many doing wrong.
These are the exercises to best thicken and detail your chest by the simple fact you can squeeze and contract the absolute s**t out of your chest so fkn do it, squeeze it until you feel it near pop if you want a thick full chest. Weight is not important here contraction is ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ
3๏ธโƒฃ Look at my chest and look at yours , are you training it properly or not ๐Ÿค”?
