My Tips for a Massive Chest.

1๏ธโฃ Grip + Depth , the 2 things i see done wrong more often, most people grip too close together forcing more Anterior head and triceps to do a majority of the work, and bar depth not going anywhere near the chest ๐
๐ wider grip with continuous tension and make sure the bar touches your chest no matter the angle you are doing.
โ My opinion only, this stupid floor benching i see ๐ where your elbows touch the ground and the bar gives near zero stretch to the chest stop that stupid s**t if thats you.
2๏ธโฃ all forms of fly movements weather its cables , machines or dumbells i also see many doing wrong.
These are the exercises to best thicken and detail your chest by the simple fact you can squeeze and contract the absolute s**t out of your chest so fkn do it, squeeze it until you feel it near pop if you want a thick full chest. Weight is not important here contraction is ๐ช๐ฝ
3๏ธโฃ Look at my chest and look at yours , are you training it properly or not ๐ค?
