End of my first block and the beginning of a new journey



I’m very pleased with myself to be honest.

Yes, I felt like a loser
Yes, I felt like I let everyone down
Yes, I hated myself for it
Yes, I was upset and depressed for a bit

I’m glad that running gave me more motivation and positive into my life and I don’t want to go back to who I was before. This motivated me to keep going, reflect and I took action.

I probably still will be off for another two weeks until I can run.

Focus is to get as strong as possible at the moment and it’s working out so far.

4x strength sessions
5hrs total cardio to maintain my cardio fitness.

Some positivity

It’s very easy to hang on only the negative side when you are down, when you are “failed”

I’m trying to listen and watch to a lot of positive things at the moment, and trust me it’s still not easy.

Even talking to myself that 99% probably never even would go to the start line like I did and everything after the start line is a learning curve.

After talking to my coach and he told me to do a list what went right here it is.

✅ nutrition and hydration I can’t complain together with I had a good plan. Of course always can be better but I never felt like I’m missing food or hydration.
✅ socks (finger socks) from considering it was literally raining 3 days I did not have any blisters or anything else.
✅ body (except knee) was fine. I did not have any muscle soreness or anything else like that.
✅ shoes I ran in the endorphins speed and pro. Same as socks no blisters, comfy.
✅ the route I have chosen nothing wrong with it.
✅ biggest one YOU if you are reading this. The support and love I have received from you was incredible. Messages from people I’ve never met also from record holders and amazing runners in this community why I think running is so special ❤️ thank you 🙏
