Come along to our Wear It Purple Come & Try Diving session and take the plunge! 💜

Come and try diving on Hobart Regatta Day!

As part of the 2026 Royal Hobart Regatta, we are pleased to announce there will be free come n try sessions for springboard diving at the Doone Kennedy Hobart Aquatic Centre on Monday Feb 9th 2026, anyone from 5yrs to adults can give diving a try with a quick lesson.
12.05pm - There will be a short display of some of our current divers showing off their skills
12.15pm - 12.35pm - come n try session 1
12.40pm - 1.00pm - come n try session 2
1.05pm - 1.25pm - come n try session 3
1.30pm - 1.50pm - come n try session 4
Registrations are essential and spaces are available on a first come first served basis. Registrations can be made at the diving desk at the dive pool from 11.30am or by emailing [email protected].
Come along with your friends or family and give diving a try!

The Tasmanian Diving Academy Inc. is running come and try sessions as part of the Royal Hobart Regatta this Sunday!

As part of the 2025 Royal Hobart Regatta, we are pleased to announce there will be free come n try sessions for springboard diving at the Doone Kennedy Hobart Aquatic Centre. On Sunday Feb 9th 2025, anyone from 5yrs to adults can give diving a try with a quick lesson.

2.40pm - 3.00pm - come n try session 2
3.05pm - 3.25pm - come n try session 3
