One year of Solara Pilates 🤞🏻🥹💛

Woweee!! What started as a few small get-togethers with friends so I could practice teaching has grown into something so rewarding. A space where every human can move, feel good and take a little bit of that energy with them.

Creating this community and bringing people together through movement was always my dream and vision. I feel so grateful to be along for this ride. It’s you guys who have made Solara what it is.

Sometimes it’s not aesthetic — no mirrors or flashy lights — but the people and the movement are a combination that just hit different. 🌞🌞

If you’ve been sitting on a dream… let this be your sign to just jump. Time is ticking anyway, so you might as well just f***ing go for it. ✨

Thank you for bringing Solara’s first year to life. 💛
