Lindsay Manwaring

Lindsay Manwaring I am a High Performance Business & Leadership Growth Partner, using coaching, mentoring & facilitation to help you reach your Dreams & Goals.

I specialize in people who are experiencing "Groundhog Day" in their business, career or sometimes their relationships. People often find themselves on a familiar path that keeps delivering the same predictable results, but they know there is a more successful path available. So what I do is help people to take the unfamiliar steps by building their own foundations to a more successful life. In a

nutshell, I help create better worlds, for the people who want the kind of 'best' in their lives that ripples out and positively impacts on their families and communities. So contact me if you would like to experience a meaningful life with that crystal clear clarity that's needed to reach your greatest dreams & desires.

Knowing our individual triggers and still being able to hold our composure to act reasonably (rather than react), is such a skill🤔

Honour the old road… but don’t confuse gratitude with obligation.🤔

Before another week begins, consider this:
You don’t have to hate your old road to choose a new one.

The habits that got you here may deserve respect.

Working hard.
Taking responsibility.
Being dependable.
Providing.
Getting things done.

They helped build your career, business and perhaps much of the life your family enjoys.

But gratitude doesn’t mean obligation.

You can thank an old version of yourself…
without asking him to lead the next chapter.

Take five quiet minutes today and ask:

🧭 What am I still carrying because it genuinely matters?
🧭 What am I carrying simply because I always have?
🧭 Where could I Pause – Connect – Build Trust instead?
🧭 Who might become stronger if I stopped doing so much for them?

And finally:
If nothing changed about the way I’m working and living, would I want to still be travelling this road three years from now?

Your answer may tell you more than another goal-setting session ever could.

The old road got you here.

You’re allowed to choose where you go next.😊

Which old familiar road is hardest for you to leave?
Which of these sounds most familiar? 👇

A: “If I don’t do it, it won’t be done properly.”
B: “Everyone comes to me for decisions.”
C: “I struggle to switch off when I get home.”
D: “I know something needs to change…I just don’t know what.”

None of these necessarily mean you’re failing.

In fact, they can be the result of doing what made you successful for years.

But yesterday’s success strategy can quietly become tomorrow’s limitation.

The question isn’t:

“Did this road work?”
Clearly, it did.

The better question is:
“Is this road still taking me where I want to go?” 🛣️

Better performance?
More capable people?
Less pressure?
More energy?
Better relationships at home?

Sometimes leadership is having enough courage to admit that the map needs updating.

👇 A, B, C or D... which one hits closest to home?
