A position is becoming vacant for a permanent part time employee - It would be Sundays - 8.30 to 4 and Mondays 8.30 - 5.30 - successful applicant would need some flexibility to enable extra days here and there as needed and at busy times. This role is for a mature age person and the role does entail a degree of physical work so the employee would need to be fit and healthy for this role. Ideally retail experience would be looked upon favourable as would a love of the outdoors or camping. We are a small team so the ability to fit in is considered very important. Duties would include customer service, stock handling, general housekeeping and cash register work. Please apply IN PERSON with your resume to Karen weekdays between 9 and 4.30 pm or Saturday.

Today marks 26 years since we purchased Gladstone Camping Centre then known as Gladstone Camping World from the previous owners - back then we were located in Oaka Lane right behind Woolworths valley store when it had a back entrance - it’s been a great ride so far and we have some amazing customers who have shopped with us since this days - so thank you to all our customers for making our story a success.
