1) Disco Flow - 5pm - Bring on the Fun and Dance your Stress Away

2) Zen Flow - 6pm - Less Movement, More Meditation & Longer Face Massages

Each class is $20 - Come to one or stay for both πŸ™Œ

Everyone is welcome - no meditation or dance experience required 🫢

Please bring a yoga mat for both classes, sneakers are highly recommended for Disco Flow and a pillow is highly recommended for Zen Flow.

It can be very disheartening to step out of your comfort zone to try something new and walk away feeling completely defeated 😒

This is why I'm a big believer in providing LOTS of options in all my classes, giving everyone the opportunity to get the most out of their practice πŸ™Œ

Mudra = Dhyana - Bring your hands to the contemplative gesture by resting them, upturned, at your navel with the right hand on top. Bring the thumbs together to touch at the tips, forming a triangle. Dhyana means β€œmeditation.”

I have to admit, I am guilty of saying some weird things in my yoga classes - like "melt into your mat"

I do like the imagery of melting, or perhaps more correctly "melding" into your mat - the thought of releasing all the tension still held through the body so that you can truly relax into the moment always sounds like a great idea.

I also understand that it may be distracting for some people - the image of dissolve away isn't always a positive one.

So which side of this fence do you sit on? To melt or not to melt, that is the question πŸ˜‰

If you haven't been to a class in awhile, I would love to have you back some time soon.

If I could have a dollar for every time someone tells me that they are not flexible enough to come to yoga, I would not just be rich with blessings.

Let me say this very clearly -

You Do Not Have To Be Flexible To Do Yoga!!

You actually do not have to be any particular shape or age or gender or fitness to do yoga. And if you don't believe me, come along to an IMMY class and I'll prove it to you.
