Today is the last day for the Australian Trials and what a week it has been!!

Levi absolutely smashed his 50 Breaststroke final last night gaining another pb from the mornings heat swim. Finishing in 6th place, a very impressive result!!

If you missed Levi’s 50 breaststroke race this morning he swam an outstanding race with a 1.35 second pb finishing in 6th place an earnt himself a position in tonight’s final.

Tune into 9 Now at approximately 8:45pm to watch Levi compete in the final - Event 49, Lane 6.

💚💛 Day 5 - Australian Trial 💚💛

How good has the swimming been so far? Not only for our three swimmers but for all the Australian Dolphins - new and old.

Today we have Levi swimming in the 50 Breaststroke.

Did you see the outstanding race that Levi swam today in the 400 Freestyle?

With a 2.29 second PB he finished in 9th place. This puts him in first reserve for the finals tonight.

Should someone pull out or not turn up he may have the opportunity to swim in the final, but if not he has finished 9th in Australia. Very impressive.

If you are following along with 9 Now the final is expected around 8:27pm. Event 37.

💛💚 Day 3 wrap up 💛💚

Yesterday saw Emily and Levi racing.

First up was Levi in the 200IM, missing his pb by 1 second with an awesome swim, finishing in 17tb place.

Next it was 13 year old Emily Goodwin in the 50 Breaststroke. Qualifying for this event alone at 13 years of age is outstanding. Emily swam a great race, not quite the time she would have liked but the experience alone was worth every moment.

And then Levi was back to swim the 50 Freestyle, where he swam a fantastic heat swim and earnt himself a position in the B Finals. Another wonderful swim in the evening with a final result of 14th in Australia ….. amazing!!!

Well done to both Levi and Emily yesterday, we are all very proud of what you achieved.

Now onto

💛💚 Day 4 - Australian Trials 💛💚

Today Levi is back at the pool to race in the 400 Freestyle.

💚💛 Finals tonight 💚💛

Did you get to watch Emily and Levi swim today? What absolutely amazing athletes they are!! (Will post in the morning about them)

But …… Guess what!!!!

Levi has qualified for the B final tonight!!

Unfortunately it won’t be televised but join us in wishing him all the best for the race tonight.

He will be racing just after 9pm

💛💚 DAY 3 -Australian Trials 💛💚

In case you missed it yesterday, Laylah competed in the 50 butterfly, she didn’t quite get the time she was hoping for, but still finished 87th in Australia. A really amazing achievement at 15 years. This was Laylah’s last swim, but Laylah congratulations you are a superstar, we are so proud of you. We really hope you enjoyed this experience.
