SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FOR GLADSTONE SUPER SERIES!

We are extremely excited to offer our Gladstone Super Series athletes the opportunity to participate in our Aero X Individual Challenge!

Aero X is a category open to athletes in which they take to the stage with other competitors in a class format. The group will be led by an instructor who will challenge their aerobic abilities in the areas of coordination, fitness, strength and ex*****on. Athletes will be judged on these things in addition to showmanship and performance. There are some fun prizes to be won as well!

The age categories currently on offer are:
Prep - Yr. 3
Yr. 4 - Yr. 6
Secondary.

Register now to secure your spot in this super fun category for individuals!

And just so you all feel extra special - this is the only event this season (at this stage) that we are able to offer this category - so get involved, and have fun!

Did you know that Capezio competition tights are available from FISAF Australia for $18/pair (less than RRP)!

Individuals can order up to 5 pairs with flat rate shipping of $8.95.

Alternatively, schools and clubs can place a bulk order (min 10 pairs) for flat rate shipping to club/school for flat rate shipping of $8.95.😀

Calling all Gladstone teachers/teacher aides, dance/fitness instructors, parents, school graduates, uni students!

You are invited to join us for a FREE afternoon tea workshop to learn about school-based sport aerobics programs and how you can coach this fun fit sport to school students. (Teachers: this event satisfies AITSL standards).

An increasing number of Gladstone schools are offering sport aerobics as an option to students so we welcome you to get involved. Coaching is easy using our pre-choreographed packages. Dance/fitness experience is an advantage but definitely not compulsory!
