02 July as part of the BEAST Championship Mega Event.

We have included a Knockdown Tournament for all kids, juniors, teens and adults wishing to enter in not a specific Karate ruleset, and in order to help them debut if they’re a beginner, or build experience if they are a seasoned competitor.

Kids & Juniors will be padded to varying degrees according to their age brackets.

We are looking forward to seeing as many clubs as possible supporting our big Tournament as we have plans to build it bigger each time.
Tournament 1 is in Gladstone, Tournament 2 is planned for Brisbane.

QLD MMA CLUBS;

We have released the latest poster looking for fighters from each region, in the ages and weights mentioned.
Each Region needs just one fighter in each of Team A and Team B, for a hopeful League debut to occur in Brisbane in March 2023.

Also looking for a volunteer club with enough mat space to set up a few marked out squares on the mats, to represent the competition areas. If you would like to help, please contact us ASAP.

We know the big picture, but baby steps first to allow us to build Australian Fight Sports League so that it continues to grow and attract more competitors.

Looking forward to seeing Muay Thai fights in both the Fight Nights and Tournament rounds of the Oceania Region Championships.

29 Athletes registered so far and we want to create a truly enormous Tournament that runs twice a year in both Gladstone and Brisbane.

We are aiming to redefine the Combat Sports from being a niche sport in Australia to an everyday household sport.

Masters Division 1 is 36-45 & Masters Division 2 is 46 and older.

Nominations are already coming in, get yours in ASAP if you want to be involved.

We are only hosting 12 Fights on the Friday Night and 12 on the Saturday Night

Hi Everyone,
Looking for Team Captains to help select and build the following teams for the 9 areas.
Starting with Under 15, 13, 11 for now to help start the foundation of the league so that as more age groups are added, it will be a well oiled machine by the time the adults are ready.

I am sure there will be lots to learn, test and adjust, simply by doing 1-2 of these age groups alone.

Lots of people have said “if only we had the same opportunities as other sports like Rugby or Soccer”. Well here it is !!! Let’s see how many step forward and help us create something truly awesome

Been working behind the scenes a long time and I’m very happy the first official team event as the Director of Australian Fight Sports League is the selection of a 7 person Fight Team for Australia 🇦🇺

This is for a new Professional MMA League that I’m proud to be working with under both AFSL and BEAST Championship.

Lots of hours, designs, drafts, thoughts, late nights and more goes into building something that has never been done before.
But when it starts coming together and others message saying they’re really excited to be involved, it is a good reminder that you are on the right trajectory for achieving your dreams.

Here are some example designs for club shirts/Rashguards for MMA teams in the Australian Fight Sports League. Both of these are examples of a QLD club in the AFSL.

We want to bring the feeling of World Class tournaments to our own shore, instead of us Aussies always travelling to get this experience!!!

We are looking for State Directors to help form a National Sport Committee as the first step in rolling our template out.
