Gladstone Judo Club JU NO KWAI Ju-No-Kwai Gladstone is a judo club for all ages and abilities in Gladstone, QLD. Training is at Gladstone South State School on Toolooa Street.

We are a JFAQ registered club and welcome anyone regardless of previous ability from age 6 upwards. Training is on Wednesday nights from 5.30 - 7pm for both juniors and seniors. We train throughout the year except public and school holidays. As a sport judo provides a great all over body workout improving strength, stamina, co-ordination and flexibility . Self-discipline and confidence will also be improved.

🌧🥋 No mats? No problem!

The rain meant the mats couldn’t go out last night, but that didn’t stop us training.

We adapted and still had a great session with drills, games, grading work for our white belts, and throws into the crash mats for our coloured belts.

Judo is all about adapting and making the most of every opportunity — great work everyone!
