🏆 Athlete Spotlight: Josh Smith's Road to World Champs! 🏆

🌍 World Champs Bound - This week, Josh is heading to Townsville to compete in the World Championships for Duathlon Sprint Distance (5km run, 20km cycling, 2km run). We're incredibly proud and excited to see him take on the world!

🔥 Yeppoon Running Festival - Josh clocked a personal best in the 10km, securing 2nd place. A fantastic achievement and a testament to his hard work and dedication.

🔥 Rocky River Run 5km - Another personal best for Josh, finishing just over 17 minutes! He placed 3rd overall and 2nd in his category. Consistency and speed define his racing style.

🚴 Gladstone Cycling Club - To stay sharp, Josh regularly competes with the club, and last season he won the Men's A-grade overall title. His commitment to honing his skills in both running and cycling is truly inspiring.

🏅 Athlete Spotlight: Micaiah Lane A Journey of Success! 🏅

🌟 Sunshine Coast 10km - 3rd place in category in their first official 10km race! What an incredible debut, showcasing determination and grit.

🌟 Yeppoon Running Festival - First-ever half marathon and they took 1st place! Despite the course adjustment adding an extra 1.5km, they crushed it with a Garmin official time of 1hr 12m 52sec. Truly a testament to their endurance and focus.

🌟 Rocky River Run 5km - Blazing through the course for an overall win with a time of 15min 49sec! Speed, precision, and passion all wrapped into one incredible performance.

🔥 Next up: Gladstone Port to Park and State School Athletics. Keep an eye on this rising star as they continue to push boundaries and reach new heights!

👏 Let’s celebrate these achievements and cheer them on for the upcoming challenges!

Back into base build the last month, we swing in to do a sprint triathlon at Bargara. Good little hit out to test how training is going so we can adjust our training accordingly.
No longer plagued with injuries, I’m looking forward to a nice off season base build with some nice races in the QTS next season.
No podium for myself in this race, but there wasn’t much in it

What a day for our team! Micaiah Lane heading north to race the North Queensland XC championships. With great skill and determination, Micaiah trained hard and came away with a convincing victory in the u20 8km. Your hard work is paying off nicely and we couldn’t be happier

World Series Swims is a family of events that includes leading annual ocean swims from around Australia. The destinations are also world class beaches.

Every location has its own unique course options, from Junior Giants events, designed for kids aged 8 – 16 years, to short courses, long courses and marathon distances for competitive swimmers.

Joe's journey began with a chronic lower leg injury that kept him sidelined for months. But, he didn't let that stop him. He chose to rise above it, and the results have been nothing short of extraordinary!

🥇 Port2Park Fun Run 3km: Joe not only returned to running but also dominated the Port2Park Fun Run, clinching 1st place overall and setting a new course record. 🏆🥇

🏃‍♂️ Breaking Barriers: He shattered the elusive 16-minute mark for the 5km run at Gladstone Parkrun. 🕒💨

🏆 State Title Cross Country: Joe raced at the State Title Cross Country and secured an impressive 13th place in the entire state, earning his spot to represent at the National Cross Country event! 🌏🏃‍♂️
