Why cueing what you see is so important.
You can hear the minute I cue she gets the work straight back where it needs to be.

Pressing into the ladder while connecting through the lats and shoulders creates stability, support and length throughout the body. This connection helps the body move with greater control and efficiency, creating support from within rather than relying on tension or momentum.

Working the posterior chain

This exercise challenges the body to lift the opposite arm and leg while maintaining control through the spine and pelvis.

As you reach long through the arm and leg, you’re activating the glutes and hamstrings to support hip extension, while the muscles around the shoulder blade work to stabilise and support the upper body.

The goal isn’t how high you lift. it’s about creating length, strength, and control through the entire back body.

A strong posterior chain helps improve posture, balance, stability, and the way we move in everyday life.
