A little inspo from the gorgeous Kiah…
“A throwback to when I started my mind, body, soul journey….
Please remind yourself progress isn’t linear…
It doesn’t come over night…
You’re gonna go backwards sometimes…
You’re gonna want to give up sometimes…
And sometimes it will feel literally impossible…
But start watering your own grass…
Stay in your own lane and focus on you..
Stop comparing yourself and instead start celebrating yourself - and yes I mean every single little thing you do and accomplish👏🏼
Here are some of the things that completely changed the game for me and hopefully will for you too..
🤍 realise that it’s not all about weight loss..
that might be your goal (as it was for me initially too) but you have to realise it goes deeper than that
it’s about your health, it’s about nourishing your body and recovering properly.
start focusing on how you feel within, instead of what you look like on the outside…
some things to ask yourself..
am I resting and recovering enough?
am I over training or under eating?
am I genuinely enjoying my life?
do I feel healthy and energised?
🤍 learn to love yourself while still wanting to transform.. this is hard to learn but it’s so important - start implementing self love, self care and self appreciation for WHERE U ARE NOW..learn to love yourself before you get to that “end goal”
🤍 start eating more of the foods you love, start waking up and training how you want to train..
it doesn’t have to be regimented, hard or boring.. just enjoy a little more..
play some throwbacks, do some jump jam, go to a rave…
if you ask me they are MUCH more enjoyable forms of cardio than the treadmill lol..
just do more of the s**t you ENJOY
