One of the greatest misconceptions about yoga is that it is about becoming more flexible.

In traditional yoga, the physical poses (Asana) are only one limb of the Eight Limbs of Yoga.

The pose is not the destination.

The pose is the teacher.

Downward Dog invites us to find balance between effort and ease.

To ground ourselves while remaining open.
